Saliencyai provides AI consulting, tool selection, and implementation advisory services for organizations. Specific services, deliverables, and terms are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
Intellectual Property
Our Materials
Consulting materials, methodologies, and content provided by Saliencyai remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use materials for internal purposes as specified in their service agreement.
Client Materials
Any materials, data, or content provided by clients remain the client's property. We use client materials only as necessary to deliver agreed services.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We do not share client data with third parties except as necessary to deliver services or as required by law.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are specified in individual service agreements.
Limitation of Liability
Saliencyai provides consulting and advisory services as-is. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services.
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify Saliencyai against claims arising from their use of AI tools or implementation of recommendations.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Saliencyai is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
